Messy Confessions 4 – "Social Work"

**TRIGGER WARNING** I don’t think this video has one, but if you have been in social services for some reason you may want to steer clear of this or also if you have issues with the education system. Those are the only things that I could see you wanting to steer clear of this video for!

Music at the beginning of video is from freemusicarchive.org and is entitled “Reader! Do you read?” by Chris Zabriskie.

It’s so great that you were able to find a career path that was just right for you. I’m still looking for that job where I can say I’m actually happy doing. I wish you all the luck in finishing out your schooling and getting an amazing job that you will love! ❤️

It’s really great that you have found a field that you feel like you can really help people in and you feel like you have a calling for. That’s awesome! I’m so happy for you.

Aww, thank you! *hugs* I’m pretty sure any such illusion on my part is limited to the online world, but I’m happy when someone appreciates what I can offer. Same holds true in reverse too. I know you’ve got a good mind and a good heart. You prove it out here all the time. 🙂

I have an indie author friend, so hopefully she won’t see this, but… ARCs are fine if they’re collector’s items. It’s not a reader’s job to edit and proofread a book. It’s fine if a friend asks, but authors these days are abusing bloggers, and bloggers are letting them. And don’t even get me started on when the author disagrees with the review! lol. We are on the same page, believe me. You say rant, I say righteous proclamation! Stay awesome, sis. Never be afraid to tell it like it is. 🙂

I keep getting errors trying to post this comment, so I’m going to keep trying.

Yeah, there were some serious issues with GoDaddy. I lost some content and the original comment that this was in reference to actually. I promise I will try to keep telling it like it is, even when it ticks off a few people. 🙂 Glad it was finally able to go through. Hopefully I don’t have this issue ever again, but it was a GoDaddy issue and not my own.

I was starting to think you were hacked, so I’m really glad that’s all it was! Still… pain in the butt, especially frustrating to lose content. Technology is wonderful… when it works. 😛

This video was great! I love research too lol!
I’m just starting grad school for Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I feel we are having to learn similar things. I’m most excited to learn about how to work with people from different cultures. It’s truly something I can see myself doing for the rest of my life apart from reading books 🙂

We sound very similar! Like you this is something I can see myself doing the rest of my life, outside of the passion for books! I love finding out about different cultures and understanding what is important to them. I love comparing and contrasting it to my own world as well. Congrats on getting into grad school and I know you will do great in the program!
